Welcome to Kosmos of Flowers. These terms explain how orders for our bouquets, fresh flowers, bespoke arrangements and floral services are handled. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About Us

Kosmos of Flowers creates floral arrangements for gifting, graduation celebrations, corporate spaces and events. Natural flowers and foliage vary, so individual arrangements may differ slightly in colour, shape and placement.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in GBP. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before checkout.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will contact you if an item cannot be fulfilled or a material pricing error occurs.
  • Please check the selected size, delivery or collection date, recipient information, university (where applicable) and gift message before checkout.
  • If we need clarification to fulfil your order, we may contact you using the details provided.

3. Flowers & Substitutions

Our photographs represent the overall style, colour palette and approximate size of each arrangement. Because flowers are seasonal, exact stems cannot always be guaranteed. If a particular flower is unavailable, we may substitute an appropriate flower of comparable quality and value while preserving the overall design. We will seek to contact you if a substantial change is required.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Available delivery and collection options are shown at checkout or confirmed for bespoke orders.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery and collection details and notify us promptly of any changes.
  • Requested dates and times are subject to availability and any arrangements expressly agreed with you.
  • If a delay or fulfilment issue occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
  • Please follow any specific graduation or event collection instructions provided with your order.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Flowers are perishable, and some arrangements are made to individual specifications. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right may therefore not apply to certain orders. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will explain the available options based on its preparation and fulfilment status. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Please follow the supplied flower-care instructions to help maintain freshness.

7. Bespoke, Event & Corporate Flowers

Event, corporate and other bespoke floral services may require a separate quotation and written agreement specifying the design, venue, installation, timings, payment schedule and cancellation arrangements. Those agreed terms will apply alongside these general terms. Significant changes to the brief may affect price or availability and will be discussed with you first.

8. Intellectual Property

Website photographs, designs, text and branding belong to Kosmos of Flowers or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or used commercially without appropriate permission.

9. Privacy & Data

We use personal information to process orders, arrange delivery or collection, respond to enquiries and provide our services. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information. Marketing communications are handled in accordance with applicable requirements and your preferences.

10. Liability & Your Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or restricts your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rights that apply to you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect when you place it, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
